House. 1858. Probably by TE Owen. Stuccoed. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys and rear basement, 2 bays. L-shaped plan. Entrance front continued within north-facing lower wing has C20 door with fanlight set within gabled central projection with projecting verges and heavy moulded brackets. Recessed wing on left has 4-pane circular casement with C20 door to left. Moulded band course over entrance on central projection; 2 narrow sashes on first floor set under moulded round arches with moulded impost band. Right return: left wing has lean-to roof. 2-light casement window on left, and 6-pane sash to first floor; right wing gabled with heavy shaped eaves brackets. Rear has 3 sashes to ground floor each with moulded cornice on shaped brackets, central sash has attached ornate iron window guard. C20 single storey and basement extension on right.
