House, now flats and attached walls. c1823 with later additions and alterations. Stucco over brick with concealed roof, end stucco stacks. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor window. Central breakforward, end pilaster strips, first-floor band, crownings architrave, frieze and cornice, blocking course, raised to ends and centre (with embellished c-scroll motif). 1/1 sashes. Central entrance under C20 glazed porch, 2 replaced doors. Range set back to right return has 8/8 sash. Rear retains some 8/8 sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: coped walls to either side ramped down from ground-floor level with 2 round-arched recessed and plank door between. One of a good group of 1820s villas in Montpellier Parade.
