GV II
House, now with shop. Early to mid C19, altered C20. Stuccoed. Welsh slated hipped roof, rendered stack on left. 3 storeys, 1 bay. Long and short stuccoed quoins to first and second floors. C20 shopfront with half glazed door to left and to right, 16-pane shop window between, flanking pilasters frieze and cornice. First floor has large stuccoed tripartite sash with centre sash and 2 flanking narrow sashes, moulded architrave, stuccoed dividing strips between lights each with bracket at hood, bracketed dentil cornice with segmental pediment at centre. Second floor has recessed narrow sash with rusticated architrave, cornice with flanking console brackets. Frieze and deep modillion moulded cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
