House. Late C18. Grey brick in Flemish bond, some red brick quoins. Roofs concealed except to right section which has plain tile hipped roof, brick stack to right, also brick stack to right of left section. Plan is in 3 sections: left section 3 storeys, 2 bays, L-shape with right return at rear, at centre 1-storey entrance and then to right 2 storeys, 1 bay. Left section has two 12-pane sashes on ground, first and second floors each set under brick cambered arch. Centre section has a 6-panelled door and radial glazed fanlight set under round brick arch, oval shaped roof light. To right section ground and first floors each have a 16-pane sash set under brick cambered arch. Sections 1 and 3 have stone capped brick dentil band and stone coped parapet. Right return to Kent Street continues in grey and red brick with rounded garden wall and rounded corners to rear of sections 1 and 3. INTERIOR not inspected.
