Villa now rest home. 1853. By TE Owen. Stuccoed. Welsh slate roof, rendered stack to left and right. 2 storeys and basement. 3 bays (bay 3 blind). At centre 4 steps approach porch with round-arched opening and timber pediment on brackets, recessed 2-leaf panelled door. To left is a slightly projecting tripartite casement with projecting timber fascia and hipped lead roof. On right at each side of projecting stack is a narrow round-headed casement. Moulded sillband runs across at first floor with on left a 6-pane sash and at centre a 4-pane sash, each set under slightly projecting flat rendered arch with rusticated strips; overhanging eaves, facing gables to centre and right bays. Right return, 2 bays wide has 2 projecting tripartite casements similar to front, and 2 first floor 6-pane sashes. Left return has 2 facing gables with stack at centre of each.
