Villa. c1830-50. Stucco over brick with hipped slate roofs and off-centre left ridge stucco stack. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows, with 2-lower-storey, 2 first-floor window service range set back to left. Main range: stucco detailing includes continuous first-floor band, windows have tooled architraves throughout. Plinth. Central entrance within solid porch with frieze, cornice and blocking course; 4-panel part-glazed door with side-lights and overlight. An oculus with keystone to either side of porch, otherwise 6/6 sashes, all in plain reveals and with sills. Wide eaves and cornice. Garden facade has 6 first-floor windows arranged 3:3 with those to right in full-height canted bay. Ground floor has 2/2 horizontal-pane sashes surmounted by pediments on corbels; first floor has 6/6 sashes, all in plain reveals and with sills. Wide eaves. Rear has 3 first-floor windows: 6/6 sashes to first floor, blind openings to ground floor, those at right have pediments on console brackets. Service range has mainly 6/6 sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected.
