Includes: Gates and gatepiers to Halsey House WELLINGTON ROAD. Pair of gates and gate piers to Halsey House (Wellington Road, qv) fronting Pittville Lawn. c1828-32. Cast-iron 'cages' with wrought-iron scroll decoration and ogee capping with urn and acorn finial; on stuccoed plinths. Arrowhead bars to double gates. An important streetscape element in the overall scheme for Wellington Square.
