House and shop. c1820-30 with c1970s alterations to ground-floor shop front. Stucco over brick with concealed roof; iron window guards. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows, the right window-bay breaks forward. Stucco detailing includes tooled architraves to windows. 6/6 sashes, taller to first floor. Ground floor has entrance to right a c.1980 door with blank overlight between 3/4 engaged Ionic columns and frieze, further similar column to left end. Shop front has multi-pane glazing canted towards multi-pane glazed door. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: scrolled lozenge motif to individual first-floor balconies.
