Villa, now offices. c1830-50 with later additions and alterations including conversion to hotel and attics c1980s. Stucco over brick with concealed roof.

EXTERIOR: three storeys on basement, five first floor windows. End and central bays break forwards. Stucco detailing includes ground floor horizontal rustication; first floor band; all windows in tooled architraves (except to basement); crowning modillion cornice, low parapet. Ground floor: breakforwards have 6/6 between 2/2 sashes, otherwise ground and first floors have 6/6 sashes. Second floor and basement have 3/6 sashes. Left return (to Bayshill Road): four first floor windows. End breakforwards. Similar stucco detailing. 6/6 ground and first floor windows, otherwise 3/6 sashes.

INTERIOR: not inspected.

Abuts Former St George's House (Kraft Offices), Bayshill Road (qv). Occupies a good corner site in the Bayshill area.
