Tennis club house. 1923, extended 1935. Mock timbering with slate roof. EXTERIOR: single storey, 3 bays with central entrance in pedimented gable, flanked by paired 3-light casement windows. Part glazed door with entablature carried on wrought-iron brackets. Cupola with weather vane surmounts the centre of the roof. INTERIOR: not inspected. The club house was built as an amenity for the model village of Bank Top, established and owned by the Ashworth Family to serve their New Eagley Mills.
