GV II
Wine Lodge. 1906. Terracotta with slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 6-window range divided 1-4-1 with narrower outer bays forming angle towers with domed roofs, and segmentally pedimented gable to central bay. Outer doorways to ground floor, flanked by single storey extensions with coped parapet linking to main block, with wide round-arched window to left, small inserted window to right. Four arcaded central round arched windows between the doorways. Similar arcaded windows to first floor, and central oriel divided by 4 pilasters mullions to second floor, flanked by paired oculi. Moulded panelled aprons to second-floor windows, and swags to oculi. Continuous string band above, then enriched srollwork to pediment of central gable. INTERIOR: not inspected.
