Villa, now 2 houses. c1820-50 with extension to right. Ashlar over brick with concealed roof; stucco over brick range to right has stucco over brick with hipped slate roof. EXTERIOR: main range of 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows and with service range to rear, with 2-storey, single bay range to right. Main range: ashlar detailing includes pilasters to ends and either side of central window; ground-floor windows have Doric pilasters to sides and frieze with cornice, central porch with similar paired pilasters and entablature. Crowning entablature on heavy brackets; parapet with central crowning scrolled motif. 6/6 sashes to first floor, that to centre in tooled architrave; ground floor has tripartite 6/6 between 2/2 sashes; all in plain reveals. Extension has 6/6 sashes and entrance to return a panelled door. Rear retains 8/8 sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected.
