Villa. c1834-1850. Stucco over brick with hipped slate roof and four end stucco stacks.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys on basement, three first-floor windows. Double-depth plan with central hallway. Stucco detailing includes full-height Doric pilasters to ends and between windows; first-floor band to outer bays. First floor has outer tripartite windows with 6/6 between 2/2 sashes; to centre a 6/6 sash with margin-lights. Ground floor has tripartite windows, 1/1 horned sashes. Outer windows have louvred shutters. Basement has 8/8 sashes. All in plain reveals and with sills. Flight of eight roll-edged steps to Doric pilastered porch with pediment, within a four-panel door with sidelights and overlight.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
