Paired central entrances in projecting porch with round-arched openings on paired Doric pillars, cornice and surmounting balustrade with latticework to balcony. HISTORICAL NOTE: built as part of the development of this area undertaken for Joseph Pitt in 1825-42, the general layout being designed by the architect John Forbes. A robustly articulated neo-Classical design, one of the best examples in Cheltenham of its type. All listed buildings in Wellington Square form a good group around a central grassed area.
