Row of 3 houses, comprising a pair with a further cottage added later. c1830, extended later C19. Coursed and squared watershot stone with slate roof. EXTERIOR: the original pair comprise a 2 storey, 2-window range, with single-window range of later cottage to left. Windows renewed in original openings, all with wedge lintels. Plain architraves to doorways. End wall stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. The terrace forms part of a symmetrical grouping of buildings with Nos 6-10 and 12A Park Row (qv) and is part of the planned industrial community of Eagley Bank, developed by the Chadwicks in connection with their Eagley Mills complex (Park Row and Playfair Street, qv).
