Terrace of 4 houses. c1830. Coursed and squared stone with slate roofs. EXTERIOR AND PLAN: 2 storeys, 4-window range, including wide advanced gable (of No.12A) to the right with a single window, and comprising 4 single unit, double pile dwellings. Windows largely renewed in original openings, with wedge lintels, and an earlier 4-pane sash window surviving to No.12A. Plain architraves to doorways. End wall stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. The terrace forms a single build with Nos 2, 3 & 4 Park Row (qv), and is part of the planned industrial community of Eagley Bank, associated with the Chadwick's Eagley Mills complex (Park Row and Playfair Street, qv).
