2 terraced houses and attached area railings to right. c1820-40 with later alterations and restorations. Ashlar over brick with end brick stacks and iron railings. EXTERIOR: 2 (to right) and 3 (to left) storeys on basement, 5 first-floor windows (2:3). House to right breaks forward. 6/6 sashes where original, all in plain reveals and with sills. Entrances to right and left, flights of 3 and 8 steps to 6- and 5-panel doors (upper panels raised and fielded, lower panel with fluted surround), that to left with decorative fanlight with radial glazing, that to right has sidelights and overlight with Gothic glazing bars. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: area railings and to sides of steps have fleurs-de-lys finials and anthemion finials to stanchions.
