Greetwell Cottage
II
Cottage. Late C18, incorporating part of a C17 house. Coursed
rubble, with brick front and gabled and hipped pantile roof.
External stone gable stack to east, single brick gable and
side wall stacks.
2 storeys plus attics, single bay. North front has a triple
sash in a wooden surround with cornice. Above, a glazing bar
sash and above again, a dormer, both segment headed.
West side, to Winnowsty Lane, has a 6-panel door and
overlight, with a glazing bar sash to left, both segment
headed. Above, to left, a glazing bar sash with wooden lintel.
To right, a margin light sash with segmental head.
