Pair of houses. Early C19, with C20 alterations and additions.
Red/brown brick in Flemish bond, pantile roof with coped
gables and 2 rebuilt gable stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 3-bay front. A central semicircular arched
opening to former passage, now containing C20 traceried
window, is flanked by a 6-panel door in plain pilastered
surround and flat hood, and a glazing bar sash. To 1st floor 3
glazing bar sashes and to 2nd floor 3 smaller similar windows.
All sashes have segmental brick arched heads. To the gables a
single C20 glazing bar fixed light to each floor.
Catslide roof to rear, and single storey with attics.
INTERIOR: No.12 contains a contemporary fire surround with
roundels to front room.
