GV II
House. Mid C19. Yellow stock brick with painted stucco and
ashlar dressings, hipped Welsh slate roof with 2 wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 5-bay front with low brick plinth and
slightly advanced central bay with half-glazed panelled door,
with fanlight and panelled ingoes. Entrance up 4 steps,
covered by porch with Ionic columns and columns in antis,
plain entablature, cornice and leaded top. Flanked by a pair
of plain sashes. To 1st floor 5 plain sashes arranged 2:1:2.
All windows have splayed stucco lintels with grooved
keystones.
