Large detached house. Built in c1912 and designed by Owen C Little in Neo Queen Anne style. Built of brown brick in Sussex bond with red brick window dressings, wooden cornice and doorcase and hipped tiled roof with two brick chimneystacks. Two storeys and attics: seven bays. Narrow eight-pane sashes to front and wider 12-pane sashes to other elevations. Front elevation has two hipped dormers with six-pane casements. Wooden modillion eaves cornice. Central five bays project. First floor has central round-headed niche with keystone and lead female figure in C18 dress. Wide wooden doorcase with curved pediment, fluted pilasters and semi-circular fanlight. End quoins. East side has one storey projection with hipped roof. Rear elevation has recessed centre with two dormers and French windows to ground floor with tiled verandah, projecting to centre, supported on eight Tuscan columns. All first floor windows retain shutters. Stringcourse and quoins to projecting wings.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but reported to contain contemporary Queen Anne style panelling, fireplaces and staircase of fine quality.
