House, formerly printing works, disused at time of review.
Early C19 with later additions and alterations including those
of mid C20 to ground-floor. Pinkish-red brick in Flemish bond
with plain tile roof and tall brick end stacks with
oversailing courses. 3 storeys, 5 first-floor windows. First
floor has 6/6 sashes; second floor has 3/3 sashes; all in
plain reveals, with flat arches of gauged brick and with
sills. Ground floor: to left are part-glazed, plank garage
doors, continuous frieze and fascia over; 2 windows with plain
reveals, sills and flat arches, one boarded up, one 6/1 sash;
entrance to right a plank door with flat arch of gauged brick.
Raised and coped glabe end.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
