Terrace of originally 4 houses, currently converted to form 3
dwellings. Early C19 with later additions and alterations. Red
brick with plain clay tile roof. Right-hand house has slightly
lower roof line. End and party-wall ridge stacks, left and
centre retain oversailing detail; pots. Timber doorcases.
Single-depth plan with entrance directly into living room with
staircase, some altered late C20 to form separate hall/lobby.
2-storeys with basement and attics. 4 first-floor windows.
Brick detailing includes dentilled eaves. 2/2, 4/4 and 6/6
sashes all with flush frames; segmental brick arches except
first-floor right which has no visible arch or lintel; all
have sills. Stone step at entrance, replaced doors, 6-panel,
raised and ielded, with simple pilastered doorcases; Rear
elevations have similar fenestration to front. French window
to basement of north house, otherwise door and adjacent
window. Flat-roof dormer with paired side-hung casements to
centre pair of terrace; north end attic lit by 2/2 sash to
gable-end, south attic has single gable-end window and
skylight to rear roof pitch.
