3 shops with accommodation over. Early C19 with later alterations
including those to ground floor c1880's and c1960s. Reddish-brown
brick in Flemish bond, stuccoed at left, with concealed roof and
central brick ridge stack with oversailing course and pots. 3
storeys, 3:2:2 first-floor windows. First floor has 1/1 and 2/2
sashes; second floor has 1/1, 2/2 and 4/4 sashes; all with sills;
those to left n plain reveals, those to right in near-flush
frames and with flat stuccoed arches with keystones. Dentil eaves
band. Ground floor has entrance at left a part-glazed door with
overlight, then plate-glass window; off-centre left a
round-arched opening to passage; then two shop fronts (alike)
with part-glazed and panelled outer entrances and overlight set
back and glazed shop windows on plinths, with fascias on end
pilasters with corbels.
