2 cottages now one house. Late C18 altered C20.
MATERIALS: Red brick with random blue headers; old tile gabled
roof.
PLAN: Long rectangular plan extended on right-end.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2 corniced chimneys with clay pots, one
on left gable and one on ridge to right of centre. Wooden box
eaves cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars in near flush
moulded frames, those on ground floor under gauged, segmental,
brick arches. Road (west) front: 4-bays. Formerly 2 entrance
doors, right hand one in third bay having been replaced by
window with new window inserted over at first floor. Door on
left remains and mid C19 with round arched, glazed panels in
moulded architrave under cornice hood on scrolled brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
