One storey and attics: two windows. Mid C19 wooden casements. Gabled porch to original plank and ledged door. The rear elevation is of unrendered cob and has no windows. Attached to the east is a small cob extension, currently with corrugated iron roof. INTERIOR: The plan form comprises a large eastern room, staircase hall and further room in the extension to the west on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor.
