Farmhouse. C17 with early C19 front range added. 'L' shaped plan. Pantile roofs with glazed tiles. C17 rendered timber frame with close studding, wattle and daub infill panels. C19 and C20 extensions and replacement windows. Two storeys with attic, seven bays and stack bay. Interior has transverse bridging beams, ovolo moulded principal joists, evidence of diamond mullions and oriel window. Lightly cambered tie beams at upper level with raised spinal bridging joists and arched braces to corners. Lobby entrance leads to winding stair up to attic. C19 front range rendered clay lump on brick plinth. Symmetrical three bay facade. Central part-glazed panelled front door flanked by vertical sliding sashes of 20 lights with glazing bars. Smaller sashes at first floor with a smaller in central bay. Interior has central hall with flanking single rooms, central staircase with mahogany rails.
