Detached villa. Mid C19. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof. PLAN: Compact block with low pitched roof to deep flat bracketed eaves. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, symmetrical three windows, plain sashes in architraves with cornice and on moulded sills with consoles at first floor. Ground floor later canted stone bays with sash, with central sash replacing former doorway. Plain eaves band, ashlar stack each end, and another to rear. Left return has C20 conservatory below twelve-pane sash, and right return has twelve-pane above square porch with reeded pilasters, deep architrave, cornice and blocking. INTERIOR: Not inspected. One of a series of villas built along the north side of Church road with fine panoramic views to the south. Listing NGR: ST7634162412
