Detached villa. Mid C19 with C20 additions. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof. PLAN: Compact block with low-pitched hipped roof on deep eaves with brackets, and C20 rear extension with flat roof to parapet. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three windows, plain sashes with sills on consoles. Central ashlar porch with cornice, blocking course and parapet over glazed door with transom light. Ashlar stacks to each end have rounded cappings above moulded coping. INTERIOR: Not inspected. One of a series of villas along the north side of Church Road with panoramic views over the countryside to the south. Listing NGR: ST7640262441
