House part of irregular terrace. Late C18. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched slate mansard roof with large moulded stacks without chimney pots to left gable end. PLAN: Double depth plan with rear left wing. EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement, three-window range. Parapet over returned modillion cornice and frieze, ground floor platband, moulded architraves to upper floor windows, those to outer ranges of first floor with cornices flank central pedimented window. Late C19 two/two-pane sash window without horns, that to ground floor left has wrought iron balconette with lead ornaments. Good prostyle pedimented porch has dentil cornice, glyph frieze with paterae to ends and centre, Tuscan pillars with glyph friezes, six-panel door raised and fielded to upper panels, and late C19 wrought iron scroll pattern area railings. INTERIOR: Not inspected
