Two shops to left of Pennard House (qv). Late C18 with late C19 shopfronts. MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar facade, rubblestone to rest, continuous double pitched pantile roof with moulded ridge stacks to party wall and right. PLAN: Double depth plans. EXTERIOR: Three storeys, each shop has two-window range. Continuous coped parapet and cornice, paired six/six-pane sash windows to upper floors with `PICCADILLY HOUSE¿ painted between second floor windows. No.3 to right has chamfered arrises, shopfront to No.3 dated 1902, articulated by panelled pilasters, has moulded cornice to fascia over three plate glass panes with half-glazed door and overlight to right of centre. No.4 to left similar with door to left of two plate glass panes, this dates from 1898. INTERIORS: Not inspected but noted as being altered. Piccadilly House: c1790. Three storey painted ashlar front, moulded cornice and parapet. Gable end pantile roof. Two pairs of sash windows in chamfered reveals. Mid Victorian shopfront on ground floor. Nos 3 and 4 of c1800, taller three storey painted ashlar front. Moulded projecting cornice and parapet. three windows. Included for group interest. The Britannia Public House, Nos 1 and 2, Piccadilly House and Nos 3 and 4 Piccadilly form a group. Listing NGR: ST7563965983
