Terrace house, now flats. c1775. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, painted to ground floor, ashlar with rubble to stack to rear; double pile parapeted roof, Welsh Slate to front and rear, with coped party wall to left with two ashlar stacks with some early clay pots. Staircase to rear. EXTERIOR: Four storeys and basement; single bay three window front. First floor has Venetian window with four/six six/nine four/six horned sash with fan glazing to head to centre window in splayed reveals with continuous stone sill; second floor has three grouped four/four six/six four/four sashes in plain reveals with continuous stone sill; third floor has two six/six sashes in plain reveals with stone sills. Ground floor has to left six/six horned sash in splayed reveal with stone sill, to right six panel door with flush, fielded and glazed panels in stone doorcase with ovolo moulded architrave with flat surround with heavy console brackets supporting projecting moulded cornice over; one step to pennant paved crossover with cast iron footscraper. Basement has six/six horned sash in plain reveal with splayed lintel, door under crossover not visible. Band course over ground floor, coved eaves cornice and coped parapet. Rear elevation has plate glass and glazing bar horned sashes. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
