Restaurant. c1800 with later alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, rubble with ashlar dressings to rear; roof has one and a half Romans to front, ashlar right end stack.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys with basement to rear; two window front. First floor has two two/two horned sashes with stone sills on console brackets with wrought iron balconette to left, not visible over shop front to right. Ground floor has to left broad segmental arch forming entrance to former Wellington Terrace and Wellington Place; to right projecting shop front, probably mid C19 with C20 alterations, has plate glass window to right, four pane door with overlight and six panel door to left with pilasters with incised panels supporting entablature. Rear elevation has plate glass sashes and casements in flat ashlar surrounds with sill bands to ground floor and first floor, C20 window to basement.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Ashlar wall and pier attached to left of raised pennant paved step to front doors.
