Former house late C17 altered C18, shop early C19, altered late C19. MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, roof unseen with moulded stack to left. PLAN: Double depth plan. EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two window front. Coped parapet, broken coved cornice over second floor, narrow cornice over square oddly glazed second floor window, eroded ashlar to second floor and random infills around window imply this was formerly gable end with label mould to mullioned window. Cornice stopped to left and two six/six pane sash windows with roll-moulded arises to first floor. Cornice and fascia to C19 shop with half-glazed door to left and two plate glass panes and moulded sill to shop window to right. Said to have two light stone mullioned windows to rear of first and ground floors. INTERIORS: Not inspected.
