GV II
Coach house to Nos 10-12 Sydney Place (qv), now offices. 1804 converted c1985. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, rough to right return with hipped slate, roof unseen. PLAN: Rectangular plan. EXTERIOR: Street front has coped parapet, returned cornice and impost band that step slightly forward over large semicircular fanlights to five sets of C20 diagonally planked double doors flanked by plain pilasters. These doors now mostly fixed. Left return has two six/six-pane sash windows on upper floor. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
