Three terrace houses stepped downhill from No.11 to left. c1820 with C20 alterations. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double-pitched pantile roofs with moulded stack to party walls and right gable end. PLAN: Double depth plans with rear additions. EXTERIOR: Three storeys with cellars under front rooms, each house with a single-window front. Coped parapets, cornices and first floor sill bands and six/six-pane sash windows with margin panes. No.11 has good trellised cast iron balconettes to upper floors and late C19 two storey entrance block to left with low coped parapet, cornice and first floor sill band and two/two-pane sash window with horizontal glazing bars over semicircular arch to plain fanlight two-vertical-panelled door. No.12 has similar second floor window and two/two-pane sashes with etched floral margin panes to lower floors. Doorcase to left has painted chamfered rusticated voussoirs and jambs to C20 door. No.13 has original eight/eight-pane sash windows and original door in similar doorcase to No.12. INTERIOR: No.11 has very narrow open well to open-string staircase with moulded ends to stone treads, swept mahogany handrail, stick balusters and turned newel, panelled shutters and black and white ornamental tile hall to late C19 block.
