House in row. c1900. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, tile roof, unusual flat overlap tiles. PLAN: Wide gabled centre to broad frontage property. EXTERIOR: Two storeys and attic, with three-light gabled dormer each side of three-light stone-mullioned casement in main gable, above plain sashes in splayed surrounds, one each side of central feature which has canted bays through two floors, corbelled together at top in plane of gable. Ground floor right hand bay has arched opening with keystone over panelled door with fanlight. Plinth, and two ridge stacks. INTERIOR: Not inspected. Eccentric design, departing radically from established terrace tradition. Included for group interest.
