GV II

House at end of row. Mid C19. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof. PLAN: Tall block, set gable to road. EXTERIOR: Possibly raised from original two storeys to three. Main front has three windows, all plain sash with one horizontal bar, and central panelled door under transom light, in chamfered jambs. Platband immediately below first floor sills, and at second floor level, plain eaves band, coped verges, and small stack to left in front wall. Small single storey lean-to wing runs forward, left. Gable to road has sash at first and second floors. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
