House in row. Early to mid C19. MATERIALS: Coursed squared stone, dressed quoins, Roman tile roof. PLAN: Built in two sections with straight joint, lower to right, and returning, left, to set back adjoining properties. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, various sashes, at first floor are two nine-pane and single plain sash, above plank door in segmental arch with flush surround and keystone, left, and four-panel door with transom light and moulded cornice on consoles, right, to through passage. Gables are coped, with stacks that to right external, and an eaves stack to left, between paired windows. Left return has platband, continued from No.146 (qv). Rear has three windows. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
