Three houses at end of row. Mid C19 with C20 alterations. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roofs. EXTERIOR: Each house on two storeys, with two windows. No.158 has double roof, and has a semi-basement floor in rear half. two wide spaced twelve-pane above one and paired eight-pane sashes, with door off centre right, with transom light and slab hood with cavetto edge on brackets. An eaves band, and coped gables. Rear has two twelve-pane at each level, plus C20 steel French casement doors to basement, right. Centred, on six steps, glazed door in square porch with solid cheeks. No.160, stepped down from 158, has twelve-pane sashes above plain sash and four-panel door with slab hood to cavetto edge. Eaves band. No.162 similar, and door has ogee-curve hood to scalloped edge. To left are plain double gables, coped, with ashlar stacks. INTERIORS: Not inspected. This group is at the east end of a long row of modest buildings facing the high boundary wall to Prior Park (qv) on the opposite side of the road.
