No.13 Rosemount 05/08/75 GV II
Detached house. Mid C19. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with Welsh slate roof. PLAN: Double depth villa in two parts, one larger and set slightly behind other. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three:two windows, all plain sashes. Doorway in solid porch in right hand bay of left part in angle between two sections. Double glazed doors to porch, cornice to parapet, corner acroteria. First floor band which incorporates projecting hoodmoulds over ground floor windows. First floor sill band. Upper windows have louvered shutters. Ground floor of right hand section partly obscured by greenhouse. Overhanging eaves, roofs independently hipped. Each has one tall ashlar stack with weathering. Rear elevation not seen. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
