House. Late C18 with C20 additions. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, ashlar and rubble to rear, double pile roof, parapeted to front, hipped to left, has coped party wall with two ashlar stacks with some early clay pots to right. PLAN: House at end of terrace narrows to rear, staircase to rear. EXTERIOR: Three storey, single bay three-window range. First floor has three grouped four/four, six/six, four/four-sashes in splayed reveals with continuous stone sill with C20 balconette. Second floor has three similar windows without balconette. Ground floor has to right six/six-sash in plain reveal with stone sill, to left six-panel door with flush beaded and fielded panels in plain reveal approached by three concrete steps. Plinth, band course over ground floor, moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet continuous with Nos 18 and 19 Guinea Lane (qv). Rear elevation has single storey flat roofed extension, C20 windows and doors. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
