Three terrace houses, with shops. Circa 1760 with C19 alterations.

MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate mansard roofs.

EXTERIOR: Two storeys, attic and basement, each one window. No.35 has paired twelve-pane sash dormer above eight:twelve:eight-pane tripartite sash with flush stone mullions, and three-pane sash display front with fascia and dentil cornice. Basement area, enclosed by iron railings to stone curb, has twelve-pane sash. To right door in deep reveals, paired with adjoining. Left return has coped gable with broad stack set flush, and twelve-pane sash at three levels. Nos 36 and 36A each have twelve-pane sash dormer above plain sash, two-light display windows, with panelled door to shallow transom light each side. Whole front has mid platband, covered by shop fascias to outer units, coved cornice, blocking course and parapet.
