35 Warser Gate, Nottingham

This warehouse was built in 1879 by TH Kent of Chesterfield for Rogers & Black. It is architecturally interesting as an exceptionally early example of steel framing. Steel sections for this purpose were not regularly available until 1881. It also features an early use of in-situ concrete floors.
