Alnwick Castle, Alnwick, Northumberland
Alnwick Castle dates from the 12th century but was later rebuilt by the Percy family. The castle was restored in 1760 by the first Duke of Northumberland and again in 1860. The castle is still the home of the present Duke of Northumberland.
