Castle Goring, Worthing, West Sussex

This house was built by the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley's grandfather, Sir Bysshe Shelley, in about 1797-8. It is an interesting architectural example as the south front is built in a Palladian style whilst the north front is in a Gothic style, though both were built at the same date.
