Daniels Mill, Eardington, Shropshire

This watermill was probably built in the late 18th century. However it is on the site of an earlier mill, possibly dating back to the 15th century. The mill wheel on the north side is 39ft in diameter. It was made in c1855 by Abraham Darby at Coalbrookdale (the maker of Iron Bridge). It is made of both of cast and wrought-iron. It is perhaps the last of its type to have survived.
