Flying Circus
This photograph show a Flying circus in April 1933. Flying events like this one were a popular type of entertainment between the wars. They including aerobatics, barnstorming and wing-walking (as seen here). In 1933 the UK Civil Aviation Authority banned wing-walking without a rigid harness, so this photograph must have been taken shortly before the ban.
