Former Cinema, Grosvenor Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester

This building was built as "THE GROSVENOR PICTURE PALACE". It was a cinema with a billiards hall. It was designed in 1913 by Percy Hothersall and opened in 1915. It is built in a grand renaissance style of architecture. It is said to have been the largest cinema outside London at that date.
