Former Iron Foundry, Church Street, Workington, Cumbria

This building was originally an iron foundry and dates from the late 18th or early 19th century. The building looks a bit like a chapel with 'gothic' detail. It used to supply mining machinery to the area. Joseph Pirt & Co Engineering Works occupied the building in the 1980s.
